CampaignBudget is a free planning tool for political campaigns at every level. Vote goals, swing voter analysis, voter contact budgets, fundraising plans, admin overhead, and a unified cash flow projection. The same workbook the pros use, rebuilt as a clean web app.

We built it because the spreadsheet that runs most state and local campaigns is fragile. Deleting a row breaks formulas. The timeline is hardcoded to March-November. Categories aren't configurable. Every campaign manager spends hours fixing the same things in the same template, year after year.

The product is a joint effort from Victory Frameworks and American Election HQ. Both organizations have spent years building tools and curricula for the people running campaigns at every level. CampaignBudget is the first piece of that work that ships as software.

The core calculators and budgets are free forever. Some advanced features may eventually paywall, but the working tool stays open. You don't need an account to use it. You don't even need to give us an email.
